Product Description
SHENGYU® Disperse Red P-F3BS 150% is an economical and high-strength red disperse dye specifically developed for printing and industrial dyeing. As an "SE" class medium-energy dye, it offers a reliable balance of process stability and print adaptability, making it particularly suitable for high-volume textile manufacturing where cost-efficiency is a key priority.
This dye is recognized for its high color yield and its ability to maintain vibrant red tones even on specialized materials like weight-reduced polyester. In terms of fastness, it demonstrates consistent performance across the board, with light, washing, and sublimation fastness all reaching Grade 4–5. Furthermore, it achieves an excellent rubbing fastness of Grade 5, ensuring the durability of the finished textile.
Technically versatile, Red P-F3BS 150% operates stably within a wide pH range of 4.0–9.0. It is highly recommended for High-Temperature High-Pressure (HTHP) dyeing, continuous Thermosol ranges, and various printing applications, providing a reliable and brilliant color solution for a wide array of polyester fabrics.
