Digital Inkjet Dyeing Technology Debuts at Première Vision Paris

2026-07-21

The core technology is Company A’s proprietary TDSD® (Textile Digital Smart Dyeing) green digital dyeing process. Compared with conventional dyeing methods, this process reduces water consumption by nearly 99%, chemical usage by 21%, and significantly lowers overall energy consumption, while increasing production efficiency by 5 to 10 times, with a maximum dyeing speed of 80 metres per minute. The TDSD® process is applicable to knitted, woven, and various fibre compositions, and when combined with eco‑friendly materials such as recycled fibres or bio‑based fibres, it further reduces the full‑lifecycle carbon footprint of textile products. Around this core technology, Company A has built a complete solution encompassing digital inkjet dyeing equipment, new ink materials, and an intelligent colour management system. The production lines have already been adopted by multiple enterprises at scale.

This launch comes at a time when China’s “15th Five‑Year Plan” carbon‑peak goals and the EU Digital Product Passport regulations are driving the industry towards low‑carbon and digital transformation.
