Product Description
SHENGYU® Disperse Blue SY-HL2G 200% is a specialized high-performance dye engineered to meet the rigorous demands of the automotive and home furnishing sectors. Distinguished by its unique greenish-blue hue, this product delivers exceptional light fastness (> Grade 7), making it an essential component for achieving durable, fade-resistant colors in car interiors and outdoor textiles. It is formulated to withstand critical testing protocols, including DIN 75202, SAE J1885, and JASO M346, ensuring compliance with global OEM standards.
Beyond its photostability, Blue SY-HL2G 200% offers robust processing characteristics. It demonstrates excellent barre coverage, effectively masking fiber irregularities, and maintains stability across a pH range of 3–8. The dye is highly versatile, recommended for high-temperature (HT) dyeing of yarns and pieces, as well as for printing applications using PS fixation.
With a sublimation rating of 4–5 and an optimum thermofixation temperature of 210°C, it ensures reliable color retention during complex finishing processes. While it shows some sensitivity to metal ions (Grade 2–3), its overall performance makes it a superior choice for manufacturers requiring long-lasting quality and technical reliability.
