Product Description
SHENGYU® Disperse Yellow 3GN 200% is a versatile, medium-energy "SE" class disperse dye specifically engineered for the dyeing of carpets and heavy textiles. This product is designed to provide powerful and uniform yellow shades across various polyester fibers with exceptional processing reliability.
In terms of fastness performance, Yellow 3GN 200% is robust. It achieves a light fastness rating of Grade 6, while washing and sublimation fastness are maintained at a solid Grade 4-5 level. Its rubbing fastness reaches an elite Grade 5, ensuring that the finished product maintains its vibrancy and resistance to wear even in high-traffic environments.
This dye demonstrates excellent adaptability in industrial applications. It performs outstandingly in both High-Temperature High-Pressure (HTHP) and Thermosol processes, while also being compatible with printing and carrier dyeing. Thanks to its stable reproducibility and good buildup properties within a pH range of 4-7, textile manufacturers can achieve precise color control and high production efficiency in the production of heavy-duty textiles such as carpets.
