Product Description
SHENGYU® Disperse Yellow PD-SGN 200% is a bright and reliable yellow disperse dye specifically engineered for the printing and high-temperature dyeing of polyester fabrics. As an "SE" class medium-energy dye, it provides a balanced performance profile across various processing conditions, making it an ideal choice for achieving vivid and stable yellow shades.
The product features excellent dispersion stability, which effectively prevents the aggregation of dye particles in the bath to ensure uniform, spot-free results on the fabric surface. In terms of fastness, Yellow PD-SGN 200% performs exceptionally well, with light fastness reaching Grade 6–7 and washing fastness at Grade 5, meeting rigorous requirements for long-term color stability.
Furthermore, the dye demonstrates reliable reproducibility within a pH range of 4.0–6.0. Its high-concentration 200% formulation not only provides excellent color yield but also offers textile manufacturers increased economic efficiency and production throughput.
